Otis wedding

It took us quite a while to get going on Saturday, but we were finally able to get up, get some breakfast, shower, get the hosue organized and get ready for the wedding of the last of my fraternity brothers (at least the ones I'm close to). I spent as much time as I could with Matthew because we felt bad about leaving him to go to the wedding so soon after returning from a long trip. He was excited to be getting to sleep over with his two friends Madison and Sydney Baciak at their grandparents' house while Scott, Renee, Carol and myself attended the wedding. Actually, the by the time we dropped Matthew off we were running too late to make the wedding so we met everyone at the reception. Matthew was a little quieter than usual when we dropped him off, but he was with his best friends so we felt a little less guilty. It was good to see all of our friends and catch everyone up on our trip while enjoying the reception. Despite the jet lag, I was still able to perform reasonably at what was probably (hopefully) the last ATO rendition of Morris Day's "The Bird" (For those of you who haven't seen this in person, I can't do it justice in words). *editor's note: picture a bunch of 35 year old men flapping their arms around like birds along with Scott doing a split and hurting his knee.* We spent the night at the hotel after the wedding.
